Steps Solitaire Rules
Steps is a 2-deck variation of Klondike.
Number of Decks: 2
Initial Layout: To form the tableau, deal seven piles of cards face down. Deal one card to the first pile, two to the second, three to the third, and so on, dealing the top card of each pile face up.
Object: Build eight foundations up in suit from Ace to King.
Play: Within the tableau, build cards down in alternating colors. The top card is available for play to a foundation or to another pile. All cards in correct sequence may be moved as a unit between piles. Spaces within the tableau may be filled by any card.
The top card of the stock is available for play or may be put on the waste pile. The top card of the waste pile is available for play. There is one redeal.
